•CONTACT METHOD: waningsunflower at plurk
•THREAD-JACKING: I prefer at least a little engagement with the post itself, but otherwise, go for it!
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: Future events are fine. Knowing fictional - eh, only if it's explicitly stated in canon that they would know the game, I guess?
•BACKTAGGING: Sure! I may drop them if a couple weeks go by between tags, but I don't mind!
•AVOIDED TOPICS: Nope!
•PREFERRED GENDER PRONOUN: She/her
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Just after leaving Goodneighbor to go adventuring
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Well, he’s a ghoul. Heavily scarred, exposed nose, and no hair, he doesn’t seem like he’d be very intimidating. He’s average height, dark eyes, and a gravely voice, but carries himself taller. He is always dressed in the red coat of John Hancock with a tricorn hat, breeches, and black boots. Around his waist is an American flag sash and a leather bandolier across his chest. It would be a rare moment when he’d wear anything else.
He always has a faint aroma of cigarette smoke, but now that he's discovered fresh, clean water on the Barge with actual soap that (apparently) smells soooo good?? That's heaven.
•DEMEANOR: Hancock is quick with a laugh, especially with strangers. He's friendly and spirited, but will resort to violence if need be.
•ABILITIES: Hancock, despite appearances, is just a normal human with abilities he’s gained through practice. He’s good with guns, and he can fight with his fists. But none of these would exceed any other human’s abilities. He isn’t even particularly strong.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Being a ghoul has afforded him some perks. He doesn’t age as quickly (though it doesn’t really matter on the barge.) Gamma radiation actually heals him. He is immune to most diseases and can survive in very extreme conditions - like without the basic necessities of life - for long periods of time. While he does also boast a resistance to drugs, he simply chooses to take more to get the same effects. Side effects of being a ghoul is, well, losing parts of his body, of course, and the ever-present worry of “going feral.” While no one knows how it happens or when it could happen, it’s always something that’s in the back of people’s minds.
•CABIN INFORMATION: It's a big, heavy wooden door that leads right into a futuristic version of the Old State House in Massachusetts. Scaled down, of course. Most rooms are empty, or "decorated" with old crates full of his supplies, cots on the floor, and some weapons, but his bedroom, the council room, is more elaborate. An actual bed. Flags and paintings on the walls. And all his drugs in a safe.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Racism! Being a general dick!
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Sure!
•MIMICRY: Sure!
•VIOLENCE: Of course! But he's always armed.
•MAGIC: Sure!
•DEBATE: Of course!
•OTHER / NOTES: Nope!
